Shipping and Returns

DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

  1. LineaOrganica will deliver ordered products to the address you provided after you have made a successful purchase at our website.
  2. For payment to be successful, you shall pay for the product in full, at the time of ordering using credit or debit cards that are accepted. Other forms of payment can be found on our payment page if you prefer to do so. Under any condition, we shall start the dealing process only when our payment service provider has cleared your payment. Our forms of payment shall be limited only to those that are found on our website.
  3. You undertake that all details that you provide to us for the purchase of the products are correct and accurate and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the total cost of your order.
  4. When you create your order, you will receive an email/SMS acknowledgement of the receipt of your order. Afterwards, you will receive another email/SMS document called confirmation of order stating that the order is accepted and confirmed.
  5. We undertake to deliver only those products you ordered that are covered by the “confirmation of order” email message we sent to you.
  6. Shipping and estimated delivery schedule shall be as follows:

    **Please remember that we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
  7. Your orders will be delivered to your specified shipping address for a fee as shown in shipping rate calculator.
  8. We do not take order requests nor deliver to places outside of the Philippines.
  9. If you cannot receive your purchase personally, you may designate your authorized representative at the order notes section in the checkout page.
  10. We will require valid ID form you or from your designated representative to validate the recipient before we will release the order.
  11. Upon receipt of the ordered shipment or item, you are advised to check the condition of item by opening the shipping box and checking each item in front of the delivery crew. We will require you to sign the acceptance signifying that you received the items in good order and condition.
  12. LineaOrganica will exert its best efforts to deliver your order within the stipulated delivery time, delay may occur resulting from events beyond the control of LineaOrganica or its delivery fleet such as but not limited to war, airline flight cancellation, strikes, natural calamities and others.
  13. For orders made by you that are intended for other people, you accept that their signature in the delivery acceptance at the specified delivery address is the evidence of the fulfillment of the delivery.

REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Only those items that you received with defect or damage quality for returns, refund or exchange up to a maximum of seven (7) calendar days upon receipt of your order. Products should be in its original purchase condition and must be unused.
  2. Items you purchased that are on-sale or price market-down are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  3. To qualify for return, refund or exchange, ensure that you have the following: receipts, original condition and original packaging. Please email to service@lineaorganica.com
  4. Refunds are issued backs based on the original mode of payment you used and subject to the following schedule:
    1. Bank transfer-within 15 days
    2. Credit Cards-subject to your credit card company’s policy
  5. We always exert out best effort to serve your order efficiently but if not whatever reason that the delivered items are not what you ordered.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    1. If your credit card had been changed but the order had been shipped out, Lineaorganica will not be able to process your cancellation request. In this case you can request for refund in accordance with Lineaorganica’s refund, return and cancellation policy.
    2. Our inventory system is carefully monitored each day. If you happen to place an order whose stock had run-out or the remaining stock is found to be defective or damaged, we will inform you immediately of the situation by email. At any rate you may decide to wait for the next arrival of the stocks or out for a refund. If you choose to refund, then it follows the Lineaorganica’s refund, return and cancellation policy.
